Erasmus Morfe, D.O. Physical Medicine & Rehab

 

Interventional Pain Management

 

Dr. Morfe received his osteopathic medical degree from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, and completed an internship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Morfe is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  Dr. Morfe also has a special interest in achieving pain relief through an overall healthy lifestyle, that includes exercise and diet (Paleo, low carb/high fat, Ketosis, intermittent fasting).

Jason Peragine, M.D. | Physical Medicine & Rehab

 

Interventional Pain Management

 

Dr. Peragine received his medical degree from University of South Florida, College of Medicine in Tampa and completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. He completed a spine and interventional pain management fellowship with Rehabilitation Associates of Colorado. 

 

Dr. Peragine is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty certification in pain medicine through the American Board of Pain Medicine.

 

 

Stacey Buchan, P.A-C | Certified Physician Assistant

 

Interventional Pain Management

 

Stacey has been with NeurosurgeryOne at Interwest Rehabilitation since 2013.  She received her Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences, Physician Assistant from the University of Toledo. She has a particular interest in Gerontological practice.  She is always engaged in continuing medical education so she can stay on the cutting edge of  medical treatment advancements.
